Bob is a finance executive with 25 years of professional experience, and 5+ years in healthcare, focused on strategy, financial planning and analysis, business transformation, operations efficiency, contracting and negotiations, revenue cycle, procurement, and outsourcing. He is currently VP of Finance and Pediatrix Medical Group, a $2B healthcare company, with direct accountability to the CFO and indirect accountability to Chief Physician Executive. He currently manages 15+ person team, direct and consultants, with P&L ownership of Finance Strategy, RCM Transition, Procurement, and Real Estate.He was previously a Strategy Senior Manager at Accenture focused on operations strategy of primarily with high-tech and telecom clients both domestically and abroad, on a variety of projects ranging from supply chain design and implementation, merger integration planning and post-merger integration, technology acceleration and deployment, capabilities readiness, and strategic sourcing. Prior to Accenture, he worked primarily in aerospace and defense where he performed financial strategy and valuation, system optimization, and project management. In addition, he has experience both in product development and marketing of consumer electronics as well as experience and in the design, manufacture, test and support of commercial electronics. Bob has an MBA from Fuqua School of Business at Duke, an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
