Serve as the IV & V Technical Program Manager for the VA’s Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) initiative, a multi-billion-dollar modernization program. Enable early defect detection and reduce rework, safeguarding taxpayer investment-Drive Agile Program Delivery: Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to synchronize cross-functional teams, enhance sprint transparency, and support iterative delivery of modernization efforts-Engage Stakeholders: Act as the primary interface for federal and contractor stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable IV & V plans and fostering trusted partnerships-Mitigate Risk Proactively: Integrate IV & V checkpoints into program milestones to identify risks early, enabling confident go/no-go decisions and minimizing downstream disruptions-Deliver Executive-Level Insights: Provide independent test strategies, technical reviews, and assessment reports that offer clear visibility into program health, readiness, and strategic alignment.
