Over twenty five years of operations,(senior) management, construction and design engineering experience in refineries, upstream facilities, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, public transportation and nuclear power plants with EPC Companies. Senior and Executive Management operations, maintenance and capital projects with E&P companiesBackground includes general and strategic management of the capital programs and projects, project and business management as well as grass-roots and modernization revamp projects such as BPD commercial SAGD bitumen production facilities, BPD Fluid bed Cooker and new hydro-treater units and revamping of existing facilities, a BPD fluid catalyst cracker, 3 BPD upstream crude units, high speed railway project in the Netherlands, LNG facilities.
