Bob has worked in the Intel\'s Global Supply Chain organization EHS regulatory engineering role for his tenure. His projects have focused in many different areas related to technology, research, supply chain, corporate responsibility, data systems and processes, quality, and regulatory policy and compliance. His focus has been both internal to Intel, working with suppliers, industry peers, multi-industry peers, and governments and NGOs. His specialties are in the U.S. TSCA regulation, and global regulatory impacts to process technologies. He earned the title of Intel Senior Technologist in 2021. He is the holder of seven patents for semiconductor devices and waste treatment technologies. He is a published author in two technical journals, one World Economic Forum article, and has published many industry papers related to government regulatory topics, conflict minerals and corporate responsibility. Bob is an Intel representative at the US Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), and the World Semiconductor Council’s (WSC) EHS Task Force, as well was a founding member at the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC, the predecessor to the RBA), where he developed and led the Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative (CFSI, the predecessor to the RMI), and was instrumental in the development of the EICC\'s Supplier Code of Conduct and Validated Audit Program (VAP). He is also Intel\'s ESH representative on, and Chair of the Semiconductor Research Corporation\'s (SRC) ESH Technical Advisory Board (TAB).
