ABOUT BOB LAPPLE

7+ years of outside sales experience working with both domestic and international accounts selling into the aerospace, automotive, electronics, plastics and water treatment industries. I have a strong desire to develop new business and grow existing business by helping out customers in creative ways. Started working with Palm from the ground up understanding every facet of the business. I worked anywhere from the production plant, shipping/receiving, customer service and now sales. Having this experience truly makes me appreciate all of the different pieces that make a business run. Going from a privately owned company to a publicly traded company I also have been able to adapt on the fly and help start large projects that were instrumental to our core business units.I thoroughly enjoy sales and being able to help customers on a daily basis. My work ethic and determined attitude will make sure I can do whatever is possible to not only grow the business but to develop a long lasting relationship that will benefit both companies. With a proven track record and ability to handle all types of accounts I will make sure the customer is getting the best experience possible. I have hit over 90% of sales goals every year since I have started and have had many customer successes in that time.
