As a Studio Manager for STUDIO COLLECTIVE within RDG, my focus is on the people within the organization. In this role, I am a primary human resources contact, and my role is to remove barriers for the studio so we can deliver our projects with high quality, on schedule. I am responsible for communication within the studio, as well as staffing / workload and profitibility of all the projects in the studio. Coordination with other studios is vital to make sure that the entire firm is staffed and profitable. Culture is an important value at RDG. I am responsible for sharing and celebrating our team wins. I also encourage professional development to cultivate employee growth. Studio Managers serve as mentors for staff members and facilitate regular performance reviews.
