ABOUT BOB KEIDERLING

A follower of Jesus Christ with a calling and passion to help others take the next right step in their faith through discipleship and to help hurting people find emotional and spiritual healing through God\'s love and grace. More than 20 years of progressive leadership in the local church and consulting experience in ministry. This provides opportunities to build and maintain small group ministry in areas of discipleship, care, service and fellowship while building bridges between all these so every person in the community and congregation has an entry point for discovering Christ or grow in their faith. Demonstrated success in all aspects of pastoral care and sacerdotal duties including the proven ability to assess the proper level of care upon intake. Empathetic listener with a passion for mentoring and coaching others as well as training leaders. Established record in the areas of volunteer recruitment, orientation, mobilization and matching them with opportunities that complement their gifts. Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to interact, and communicate well with people from many backgrounds and cultures. Extensive experience and a natural comfort when teaching, speaking and preaching to small groups or large audiences. Writing ability is proven and articles have been published in several regional and national magazines on men’s issues and leadership. Bob has a Bachelor of Science in Religion degree from Liberty University and a Masters in Religious Education at Liberty Theological Seminary. Bob and his partner in ministry Donna have been married for 40 years. They have three adult children & 5 grandchildren: daughter Jenn, her husband Jay and son Caiden; daughter Amy, her husband Andrew, their children Anna & AJ; son Bobby, wife Renee, their children Lydia & Luca. All reside in the Lehigh Valley, PA.
