   Manage the Infrastructure Implementation Team which consists of 16 Full Time Employees and 6 contractors. Manage Setup Room Lab and equipment for projects of new and existing customers.• Responsible for all new Startups, decommissions, and Moves, Adds, or Changes at all facilities and Data Centers.• Lead a team who requisitions, receives, configures, inventory’s, ships out, setup, install all hardware, network equipment, PCs, peripherals at new and old Genco/ FedEx Supply Chain Facilities.• Manage the EPDSM Asset Management system for all FedEx Supply Chain IT Assets. Inventory, asset tag, and record hardware for new and existing facilities.• Manage all Hardware and Software maintenance and contract renewals.• Facilitate installations, configurations, customization\'s, implementations and deployment of Active Directory services, including DNS, DHCP, Network Policy services, and IIS servers.• Facilitate installations, configurations, customization\'s, implementations and deployment of Cisco layer 2 and layer 3 switches.• Facilitate installations, configurations, customization\'s, implementations and deployment of AIX servers, Linux servers, Fabric switches, and SAN storage devices in new facilities.• Facilitate installations, configurations, customization\'s, implementations and deployment of all End Point equipment including Handheld RF Equipment, Desktops, Laptops, Thin Clients, Label/ Laser Printers, and Digital Signage equipment.• Lead a team who supports and administers Avaya IP Office VOIP Phone systems.• Travel 50% of the time.
