Lead the day-to-day operation of the UKG HRMS ensuring the systems and processes meet the needs of UW Credit Union. This includes oversight and development, configuration, testing, implementation, upgrades, enhancements to UKG and integration of all human resources systems. Lead a People Technology team that consists of an Analyst and Coordinator, owning the design, deployment, and maintenance of UKG. Serve as the subject matter expert for People Technology operations, administration, workflows, and integrations, ensuring system data integrity, efficient processes, accurate and useful reports and dashboards, and full deployment and maintenance of the UKG. Collaborate with the People Strategies and Solutions team and key business stakeholders to solve business problems through technology and ensure the HRMS continues to grow and scale to the organization needs. Key contributor to the People Technology Roadmap and the strategic direction of the People Technology investments. Contribute to improving the employee experience through technology, digital and employee experience initiatives. Agile and Scrum subject matter expert, collaborating across all People Strategies and Solutions teams to deploy and enhance Agile methodologies.
