I\'m a Senior Director in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, working with clients to help them grow their businesses, achieve their goals, respond to change and build resilience with a focus on people. I\'ve a rich and varied experience in consultancy and industry helping organisations change, adapt and grow.I\'m interested in the challenges and opportunities that come with change. As a leader in Deloitte, I wear a few hats.I lead Deloitte\'s HR Transformation offering for Financial Services in the UK, helping major international organisations transform and optimise their HR functions.I lead Deloitte UK’s proposition regards AI application to HR - from working with a range of technology vendors, assessing realisable value from AI application to working with clients to reshape the jobs, skills and workforce as a consequence of AI.I also lead Deloitte’s own application of AI to the way we do client delivery work across our Human Capital practice (I like to think I’m drinking the bath water I talk to clients about).Outside work, I\'m a keen cyclist and enjoy sailing.
