I was recruited as Director of Sales and started with Beltone Alliance in 2019 where the company was at 45m in sales. My 1st initiative was recruiting key HCPs. Year one, my recruits yielded 8 million in sales and 11 million, year two. In 2021 Director of Call-Center was added to my role in which I Helped scale a call center of 65 agents that provided in-bound and out-bound preset, prequalified hearing tests, handling calls a week. Beltone Alliance is currently the largest Beltone dealer in North America.
