Responsible for business development UK ports and marine sector working with both vessel operators and ports to improve power distribution efficiency and provide vessel shore power systems.With Schneider Electric I have gained a detailed understanding of their power efficiency products and services, how they fit together as a solution and the ways and means businesses can control and reduce their energy costs by using them. Ports are industrial areas with supporting tenant businesses (ships and buildings) I have aligned the Schneider Electric global offer to their needs, which are largely the same as for shore based businesses (reduced costs, reliability, connectivity, support). Going forward, I understand that Schneider Electric wish to adopt a more global and cross selling approach to sales, I am very good at this and have a proven track record. UK Ports are situated in areas where I am sure there are opportunities for me to extend the Schneider Electric client base (Councils, Contractors (marine and industrial)).
