Mr. Gross has 25 years of national transaction experience. This includes extensive experience in transaction management, execution, strategic portfolio planning, build-to-suits and site selection analysis. Since joining JLL in 1997, he has completed over 4 million square feet of transactions. In 2008, Mr. Gross received NAIOP’s Traveling Gun Broker of the Year award.Specialties: Mr. Gross is an Executive Vice President of a Markets team based in Cleveland, Ohio. In this capacity, he advises and represents local and national office space users as well as Landlord\'s on issues and options involving location, timing, ownership, leasing, development, and build-to-suit and space selection.

   Current Responsibilities:Mr. Gross is an Executive Vice President of a Markets team based in Cleveland,Ohio. Mr. Gross was responsible for JLL\'s strategic alliance with Key Bank between 20••••13. As such, he has overall responsibility for the management and oversight of transaction services provided to Key on a global basis. Recently, Mr. Gross co-led the development and implementation of a leasing strategy for the Offices at Pinecrest—one of Northeast Ohio’s newest mixed-use developments.
