PRODUCT MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT HEADLead the Product Management team to ensure the core products are designed and developed to meet our products’ strategic objectives.Define, implement and manage the agile processes for the development teams. As the first product manager for the organization, I setup the workflows to ensure product-market fit including creating the DevOps Kanban boards and backlogs as well as implementing the enhancement feedback processes.PRODUCT STRATEGY Partner with executives to identify and prioritize the product roadmaps.Chair the product steering committee to ensure alignment across all products and for vetting product suggestions and documenting the business requirements for the prioritized initiatives. PRODUCT OWNER Manage and prioritize the product backlog for the flagship product. Work with team members to ensure user stories and acceptance criteria for all requests are documented and understood by stakeholders. Partner with the development team (software developers, solutions architect, QA) to translate the business requirements into product requirements. SCRUM MASTEREnsure all scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and time boxed.Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and the removal of any impediments to optimize sprint velocity.
