   Perform annual layouts for automotive HVAC\'s, radiators, evaporators, heater cores, and miscellaneous other types of parts.Create CMM programs in PC-DMIS on the spot for production issues. Equipment used: CMM\'s, Romer Arm, Optical Comparators, hand held tools/instruments, Surface Plate, Height Gages and various other measuring instruments. Use of SAP to hire outside vendors to perform on-site calibrations or outsourced calibration work. Use of SAP to track gage calibration activities including gage recalls. Maintain the SAP database with more than 2,500 pieces of measuring and production equipment.
