   Mr. Gooden currently works onsite supporting the Unites States Marshals Service. He develops requirements documentation supporting the project management decisions for estimating the Level of Effort for software application efforts in an agile environment. He supports the PM in staffing interviews, developing process documentation, and presentations. As a Senior Business Manager, Mr. Gooden has recently supported the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) program management office through monitoring testing (functional, system, integration, regression) and configuration management activities, updating system documentation, analyzing testing defects, verifying architecture artifacts, updating functional specifications, and reporting statuses and issues.Previously, while working for DHA at the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division, Mr. Gooden provided management support and task coordination across the National Data Exchange (N-DEx) Program Management Office. He provided project management leadership supporting the FBI Participation effort. Mr. Gooden developed an Executive-Level Timeline supporting the Unit Chief’s briefings to senior FBI management. He provided technical support focused on N-DEx connectivity capabilities and documented the numerous alternatives.
