Bob Gillander has 30 years of experience in identifying, initiating and developing business opportunities and transaction structures. As the head of the investment and development division covering the Eastern United States for a national commercial real estate investment trust, he was responsible for the annual investment of $250 million and the related resource allocation and project development of the asset portfolio.Prior to joining Dana B Kenyon, he served as president of The Gillander Group, a commercial real estate services firm that offered out-sourced capabilities to land owners and principals. Bob spent 22 years with Regency Centers, a national publicly traded REIT, where he served as managing director for development and investments. At Dana B.
