Bob Fulmer has over 40 years of sales, marketing, franchise and restaurant brand expertise. He has held VP and C-suite roles for over half his career. Bob’s expertise is fixing broken brands by creating teams that solve problems, leading change, partnering with peers, and persuasive communication.He started his career with a 16-year tenure at Life Savers/Nabisco/Kraft that helped him refine his retail, team building, sales management and communication skills. He then moved into the world of fast food/franchising by joining the marketing team at Domino’s pizza to help reverse 3 years of negative sales and transactions. His use of product, calendar and operations innovation led to over 8 years of sales growth and the launch of the category changing HeatWave Bag (heated delivery bag). Heading west he joined a new team at Taco Bell Corp that reversed 5 years of declining transactions. During his 12 years at Taco Bell he created industry leading innovation through calendar development, field marketing, franchisee partnership, franchise policy, asset management and corporate philanthropy. After Taco Bell he has used his experience and persuasion skills to help franchisees, private equity and brands improve sales, sells businesses and evaluate acquisitions.Now as part of Creed UnCo, LLC we help you build and unleash a culture that gives teams the courage and discipline to make bold choices and deliver sustainable results.
