As the President of Freeman Webb, Inc, a leading real estate investment, management, and development firm in Tennessee, I oversee the company\'s portfolio of multifamily, office, and retail properties, and lead the implementation of sustainable practices and energy efficiency initiatives across our projects. With over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, I am passionate about creating value for our investors, clients, and communities, while minimizing our environmental impact and enhancing our social responsibility.In addition to my role at Freeman Webb, Inc, I also serve as a State Representative for the 56th House district in the Tennessee General Assembly, where I advocate for policies and legislation that support clean energy, green infrastructure, and environmental justice. I hold a master\'s degree in Sustainability from Lipscomb University, and I am a certified NGBS Green Home Verifier and a licensed Commercial Contractor and Real Estate Affiliate Broker. I am also an active public speaker and presenter on climate change and global environmental issues, as part of The Climate Reality Project, a worldwide initiative founded by former Vice President Al Gore. I am proud to live and work in Nashville, a city that inspires creativity, perseverance, and leadership, and to raise my three young kids with my wife Rachel, who is the President and CEO of the Sexual Assault Center.
