My primary focus is leading Economic Impact Analysis (EIA) consulting engagements that help clients strengthen their stakeholder engagement programs. Typically, there are two reasons why clients commission these projects. The first is to assess a client\'s \"economic footprint\" by quantifying the contributions their current operations and supply chain activities make to the regions where they do business. The second is to assess how catalyst events (e.g, digital business models, new market entry, changes in government policy) will affect their ability to generate economic value. The measured impacts include contributions to jobs, wages, sales, gross domestic product and taxes.Clients often incorporate the results of an EIA into various public-facing events and collateral pieces to communicate their economic contribution to key stakeholders, including policy makers, business partners, investors, and the media.
