As the VP of Global Operations for McGraw Hill Education since 2015, I have delivered a $1 billion procurement strategy for all global operations and lead a team of employees and off-shore strategic partners in Global Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, Accounts Payable, and T&E. I also manage a $60 million Contingent Workforce program.In the past three years alone, my team has processed more than 8,500 contracts and returned more than $65 million in savings, rebates and cost avoidance in partnership with various business units and corporate departments. My 16 years of experience with McGraw Hill includes internal audit, mergers and acquisitions, and Director of Finance roles.
