Experienced Supervisor with a demonstrated history of working in the law enforcement and bomb squad industry. Responsible for writing and managing an annual team budget of $3 million. Skilled in law enforcement, patrol, vice & narcotics, courtroom testimony, IED mitigation, explosives handling and safety, explosives breaching, dignitary protection, military ordnance, and firearms handling. An ATF Certified Explosives Specialist (CES). Completed the Explosive Technology graduate course at Missouri University Science and Technology in 2019.Coordinated and led a multi agency research team that resulted in a successful render safe method for defeating the propane bomb in issue 12 of Inspire Magazine. That method is highlighted in commercial software for bomb techs. Served as the lead explosives expert in a 4 year civil case against Tannerite Sports. Inc that resulted the first significant defeat against the company. The case, and much of my testimony, centered around their false and misleading claims regarding the explosive properties, blast effects and safety of the product.
