In 2010 I founded Full Spectrum Genetics to develop a novel, high-throughput mutation analysis system to generate high density structural maps of protein binding sites. In the short run we plan to use these maps to aid in the engineering of protein therapeutics. In the longer run we will explore the use of these maps to aid in the design of small molecule inhibitors of protein: protein interactions.
