About Bob Drew
Effective February 25, 2013, I have joined The Real Estate Group I was a Real Estate Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker for 12 years. Created opportunities in real estate including listing and selling businesses and commercial My real estate business in Rapid City and the Black Hills area is migrating into more commercial and business dealings. As a former practicing CPA with Deloitte Touche, Mpls, I am fully capable of analyzing complex real estate deals. I have worked with sellers and buyers of commercial properties and businesses since 1994. During the last 3 years, my energies have been focused on finishing an federal tax credit affordable housing project called Eagle Ridge next to the new Walmart in south Rapid City. We have 160 tax credit affordable apartments fully rented. I am looking for new clients interested in buying or selling residential, commercial or business properties in the area.
