Managing the Agile Dojo Training FacilityCurrently I am Program Managing the SAP S4 transformation focusing on the area of Product Data. While that sounds simple on the surface, trust me our product data is very complex as were are moving from 7 data models to 1 data model globally. A massive undertaking to migrate, convert, and validate 36K style(part) numbers and associated MBOMs. A multi year effort. At times coordinating 70+ resources. Previously, I led our Agile transformation. We moved from project based teams to product based teams. This was a major change in how we accept work into I.T, how we prioritize and partner with our business customers, and how we deliver usable value, faster to the customer.
