About Bob Dolan
Strategic direction and leadership are Bob\'s biggest assets. Over the years Bob has led several transformations, starting with leading Conrad Siegel from a small, non-diversified organization to the sustainable, professional, diversified and much larger organization that it is today. He also was a Founding Trustee of Harrisburg University and its first Treasurer, ultimately serving as its Chairman of the Board. He also served as a Director of a WC insurance company that he helped steer from an unprofitable enterprise to a profitable one and then sold at a significant premium. Currently he is director of a health insurance company, a college and a community foundation.In all of these roles Bob\'s emphasis is transformation to help the enterprise adopt a strategic direction that will allow it to thrive.
