ABOUT BOB DIGNEN
A critical thinking advocate and practitioner, acting to stimulate leadership thinking, behavioural flexibility and strategic creativity to deliver sustainable results internationally. I am is a director of International Leadership Performance and York Associates Working primarily with larger international corporate clients, I am also a visiting lecturer at the University of Reykjavík (MPM), Gdansk University of Technology (MBA), Centre for Social Competence (University of Graz) and ZHAW (Zurich School of Management and Law). The majority of my work today is an international leadership coach and trainer working with professionals in senior cross-border positions (VP to C-suite) to achieve results / help transition careers. He supports organisations to become effective internationally by enabling their people to develop a cross-border mindset and behaviours. I have a strong track record of training with international project leaders, supporting those leading complex project environments with international team building interventions, facilitation of international project (kick-off) meetings and team-review events. I am also available as a keynote motivational speaker for leadership events / professional conferences. Accredited facilitator of Fierce Conversations™, a licensed coach for The International Profiler (an intercultural profiling tool), and an advanced practitioner of TMP (Team Management Profile) an international team development tool.
