About Bob Dalfol
My professional motivation and drive is a relentless pursuit of helping my customers operate more efficiently, mitigate risk and helping to solve their problems that may keep them up at night. I graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in Information Technology. My career has seen me traverse from IT to an entrepreneur to legal tech and services and into the family business. Owning my own business gave me immeasurable insight on the value between a good employee vs a bad one. I always strive to be someone that I would wanted to hire myself. My work ethic comes from my dad who, at 72, is still in his office at 6:30am every morning with no thoughts of retirement in sight. I live about 25 miles SW of Pittsburgh in Weirton, WV. I enjoy warm weather, a good pool, golf, sports, music and playing my guitars. My wife and kids still keep me busy even thought 3 out of the 4 are either in college or have already graduated.
