I have over 40 years of experience as a Healthcare Service Executive, and have been CEO, Founder and/or Chairman of eight Healthcare Service Companies with Kohlberg & Company. Over the last 28 years, I have completed and integrated over 94 acquisitions in the Healthcare Service sector. Prior to the CEO roles I worked for American Hospital Supply, Baxter and Hill Rom. As a Operating Partner with Kohlberg, I am searching for Healthcare Service Platform Scaled Businesses, which are looking to partner with Private Equity. Their growth strategy can be through acquisitions, organic or through the expansion of service line or product offerings. Kohlberg\'s equity will be used to support the identified growth strategic plan. I currently work with and Chair the Boards of Spire Orthopedic Partners and United Digestive, while serving as a Director on the Boards of OBHG, and Meadows Behavioral Health.
