I am a critical thinking public servant- with over 40 years of public safety and law enforcement experience, dedicated to community service. Numerous proven skills- Research, writing, publishing and teaching in a variety of topics, platforms and venues - Leadership in a police agency with 1500 sworn police officers and 300 civilian staff - Planning, organizing, coordinating major investigations, programs and projects - Innovation, partnership building, collaboration and change management- Investigation, with high integrity, skill and credibility - Media relations, crisis mitigation and communication - Executive leadership on not-for-profit, government and NGO Boards of DirectorsMy doctoral research made unique findings and practical recommendations to disrupt sexual exploitation and human trafficking in Canada.
