We believe that event organizers must become data-driven to increase attendees, on-site efficiency, prove the ROI to exhibitors in a tangible way, and better compete against other media. My role is to become a true partner of my clients acting as an extension of their team. I help provide expertise, and strategic directive to achieve their goals and key initiatives.

ABOUT BOB CHAIN
Bob is a skilled experiential marketing professional and event producer with expertise in live and virtual channels. As a Strategic Account Manager at Swapcard, Bob focuses on strategy to develop multiyear events for association and corporate clients and transforms attendee experiences to drive business results. Prior to exclusively working on event management, Bob spent years supporting individual corporations such as Nike, SXSW and NAMM in developing and executing experiential marketing activations for target customers. Bob graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with a B.S. in Sports Management. In 2020, he launched @R_C_Squared an audience driven weekly podcast focused on experiential marketing, live events, and lifestyle elements. Today he is the voice of the Inside Events podcast powered by Swapcard.
