Manage back office and support services for DFS through multiple domestic and international sites and partner relationships. Organization primarily manages invoice, statement and remit processing, credit exception handling, lease and loan processing, web self-service, customer service, account collections, recovery and asset sales. Prior to joining Dell, managed similar responsibilities at Citi, Alliance Data Systems, Transamerica and GE Capital. Included in 11 year tenure at GE Capital, served as President and General Manager for a consumer lending venture in Mexico and gained invaluable international experience. Earned a bachelor\'s degree in economics from the University of Colorado and has received numerous awards, and certifications throughout thirty year career in financial services.
