   Solely responsible for incorporating an in house digital printing facility for Continental Home Loans/ Freedom Mortgage, to print all Marketing and sales promotions for over 7500 employees. This has saved the company over from outsourcing in the first year of start up and at the present this number has skyrocketed into the Millions annually while printing ON Demand same day service. Items such as Brochures, Flyers, Business Cards, EDDM Bulk Mailers, Postcards, Pads, ect, can be printed on site and same day. This has become a major asset to the company and one of the biggest marketing tools for all Sales and loan officers to take advantage of. Our Loan officers and Realtors absolutely love this as they can market the houses and co-brand to anything from flyers, bulk mailers, water bottle labels, pads, ect, which tremendously increase sales on both ends. Oversee a fleet of digital copiers to make sure there is no down time and production stays at the highest level. Constantly working with vendors to reduce our costs on all items purchased, was able to reduce our click rate on all our color copiers by 2 cents per copy which saves the company an estimated $50, a year, also negotiated paper prices with our vendors and saved the company an estimated a year. Manage our mailing department and upgraded our equipment which reduced our monthly billing by 30% and at the same time allow our loan officers to do mailings with digital addressing which is all automated.
