Delivering and developing the Cornwall Council’s Information and Data Roadmap in support of the Council’s Digital strategy. Defining and socialising the BI, MDM and Integration delivery strategies to ensure council wide support and funding. Creating and introducing Agile delivery through Scrum modelled delivery teams. In sprints cycles agreeing goals for continuous delivery across three teams of cross functional developers. The goals focusing on delivering new capabilities and then utilising those capabilities through self-serve or managed deliveries.
