I currently work at Vanguard in the Bank Strategy and Relations Group (BSRG), responsible for Bank Control and Operations. The team I lead is responsible for Bank Account Governance and Oversight, Attestation, Access, Due Diligence, and SOC Report Oversight for our global bank relationships. Prior to accepting my role in BSRG, I worked in Fund Accounting Policy and oversaw policy in our Canadian and Mexican registered funds and non-registered US products. Prior to accepting my role in Policy, I worked in Internal Audit - Global Investment and Financial Audit Services. I worked closely with the Corporate Finance and Enterprise Financial Services divisions to strengthen the control environment, identify areas for operational efficiency, and address key risks facing the broader organization.Prior to Vanguard, I worked at KPMG in the Asset Management audit practice. I served as the lead manager on the audits mutual funds, collective investment trusts, hedge funds, ETFs, and broker-dealers. I also did a rotation in our national audit services group to assist in automating audit procedures for the asset management industry. I am a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and a graduate of Temple University.

   Manage the global due diligence program for all of Finance\'s bank relationships inclusive of all services across the regions- Lead the Custody Board Reporting Program for both the registered and non-registered US banks with a focus on maintaining and enhancing regulatory compliance- Oversee the global bank account management framework inclusive of the opening, maintenance, and closing process, as well as monthly reconciliation and quarterly attestation- Liaise on bank SOC 1 Reporting with internal business partners to ensure the control environment is designed and operating as intended- Oversee controls supporting bank access, portal, and authorized signers lists- Develop and support the long-term data strategy within BSRG.
