With 26 years experience as a hands on producer of plastic thermoformed products and working for OEM\'s to produce products and solutions, I enjoy using my knowledge to help others reach their goals. I have a never give up and always do what is right philosophy. Whether it is a greenfield installation, laying out a new facility, designing a new product and process or gaining efficiency through tooling and machinery improvements with existing products to increase profitability, training operators and maintenance personnel I will deliver results.My prior roles have positioned me to ensure increased profitability by using effective PM programs to increase machine reliability, utilizing lean tools, increasing material utilization, and tooling modifications to reduce waste, increasing efficiency and increased cycle rates.I enjoy being able to put my knowledge and experience to work for my customers and helping them succeed.
