I have run large multi-million dollar stores and projects, but as a great way to show respect, train my teams, and understand organizational functioning, I never shy away from any task that needs doing. This includes unloading trucks at Target and cleaning up after agile training workshops at Volvo. I support everyone as equals to achieve our goals, while keeping a business owner mindset. I regularly train new team members on the processes and tools needed in my area. I have had the privilege of travelling for work in the Americas and Europe, and that has also allowed me to form close friendships with colleagues in several countries along the way. Not currently looking, but am recommending Volvo Group as a great place to contribute and grow!

   Focal point for data privacy issues and responsible for ongoing data privacy compliance activities.Inform, train and advise on the implementation and adherence to relevant steering documents and processes – in alignment with legal counsel. Develop specific instructions, templates etc. where needed. Manage Data Subject Rights requests and Personal Data Breach reporting activities in coordination with the Group Privacy Office. Promote and drive the implementation of Privacy by Design in ongoing projects and change initiatives. Oversee the quality of the record of processing (data catalogue). Implement measures to provide specific privacy notices, where required – in alignment with legal counsel. Responsible to monitor ongoing compliance. Participate in regular meetings with the Volvo Group Privacy Network. Point of contact to coordinate, support and deliver required reports related to data privacy control activities.
