The implementation of big data with enhanced technology and improved customer applications transformed how Valley interacts with its customers and leave a greater, lasting impact on the communities they serve. My career has taken me from a lead engineer in the billion-dollar expansion of Pittsburgh International Airport that introduced the country’s first AirMall, to being named a CIO100 award winner for the development of an advanced data-modeling and simulation tool at PNC Bank. My background has taught me that when you look closely at a structure, be it a physical building or an organization, it’s essential to find innovative ways to enhance that structure’s stability and strength. Doing this allows that structure to stand up to an ever-changing world. In fact, not just stand up — but thrive.Aside from my career, I’m a proud graduate of Penn State University and currently serve on the Advisory Board of the College of Information Sciences and Technology. I’m also a proud husband and father of two brilliant daughters. And when not in the office, you might find me sailing wherever the wind takes me.
