Leading on Level 1 and 2 RFU qualification coaching courses. I am responsible for the management and integrity of coach qualification courses. I lead on the delivery of coaching courses, and ensure that the coach educators teaching those courses do so to a high standard. I also ensure that assessment standards are consistent and in line with awarding body requirements. I have run courses both in the community and with professional players. I also able to deliver CPD events and foundation courses.
