About Bo Xing

For the past 17 years I have been very fortunate working as Senior QA Consultant, Senior QA Specialist, Head QA Architect, and Head of QA for great companies like SIAC, Fidessa, Deutsche Bank, and Jefferies LLC. I have been part of many great successful stories as a member or leader of some greatest teams. I am very grateful that I have learnt a great deal about being a difference maker from some of the greatest IT professionals and leaders in our industry that I had chance to work with.At the same time I have seen the disarray in our industry caused by the fundamental flaws in Water Fall and Agile methodologies in dealing with complex enterprise systems and services. SAFe is fundamentally the best solution even though it is still evolving. Armed with knowledge of SAFe and the rich knowledge and experience in IT Quality Management, I will be able to provide huge impact helping companies produce quality complex enterprise IT systems.
