We offer loans that are based on the valuation of their entire portfolio, something with which banks and traditional lenders struggle. Transparency and disclosure are central to our mission. We identify at the outset exactly what the firm owes and when they owe it. Rather than taking a huge share of a firm’s best cases and thereby eliminating the funds the firm would have otherwise used to invest in technology and marketing, we require a predictable monthly interest payment and a reasonable principal payment only when you recover fees on a case. Our model allows firms to keep more of their profit. If the firm comes into a big win, they can pay off the loan entirely without penalty. We want to be a firm’s long-term financial partner and will reward good performers with our lowest rates. Our business model is based on the idea that we succeed if the firm succeeds.
