Bo is a Managing Member of Riverside Investment Group- a values-based real estate investment group. His team specializes in partnering with investors to purchase under-performing apartment complexes, then repositioning the properties through a value-add business plan. They are passionate about providing immense value to residents, investors, and the communities we serve.Bo joined the team at Richland Building Partners, a premier builder in Nashville, Tennessee, in July of 2021, where he oversees the construction of short-term rental eligible townhome projects and high-end single family homes.He is enthusiastically pursuing the goal of units under management in the next 5 years. Currently, Riverside Investment Group directly manages the $14 M it currently holds in the portfolio. Bo has demonstrated strong leadership, proven by serving over seven years as an US Army Infantry Officer, culminating in Command of an Infantry Company of 260 Soldiers. He deployed to Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division in 20••••17 in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.
