I have 30 years of experience in trying civil litigation cases of all types including business cases, personal injury cases, construction disputes and nursing home neglect cases. I have handled thousands of cases of all types from commercial and business cases to Will and Power of Attorney disputes to personal injury cases. I also mediate disputes between parties. I also provide free advice and consultations to folks who are not sure what to do when faced with a legal problem. Essentially I tell people I am a problem solver. Not every problem needs to be solved with litigation, so I try to find creative solutions when I can.I have taught a number of seminars on trials and trial practice and written several CLE papers on these and other topics.
