As Distinguished Vice President, the focus has been on enabling global technology firms to scale and optimize their professional services functions through 800+ benchmarks, hundreds of executive workshops, and over 200 publications. The team designed the AI in Professional Services framework, supporting AI adoption in workflows and delivery while facilitating C-level workshops to modernize operations. By driving innovation and operational efficiency, TSIA has empowered organizations to evolve their business models, adopt scalable advisory practices, and achieve sustainable growth.

   Led the development of TSIA’s flagship research and advisory practice supporting professional services leaders at global tech firms.Completed 800+ benchmark assessments, enabling data-driven transformation for enterprise services teams.Conducted hundreds of strategic planning workshops with PS executives focused on business model evolution, delivery optimization, and operational excellence.Authored 200+ research publications on professional services strategy, metrics, scaling, and innovation.Designed the AI in Professional Services framework, guiding adoption of AI in internal workflows, client delivery, and advisory services.Co-led the “AI in PS” workshop at TSIA Interact 2025 with 150+ executive participants.Built TSIA’s Advisory Services business line—transforming it from a custom, project-based delivery model to a standardized, ratable, virtual subscription offering.Established core PS operations: delivery methodology, financial model, offer catalog, PMO, PSA selection, time tracking, and utilization frameworks.Chaired the TSIA Professional Services Advisory Board, shaping the industry’s research and innovation agenda.
