SAP OpenText VIM - SAP Invoice Management implementation for multiple clients. Documentation preparation for blueprint - Implementation, configuration and testing of the SAP Open Text VIM (Invoice management) solution.Hands-on exercises to configure a Scan to Payment invoice scenario.Configuring VIM document types, enhance indexing screen, configure, enhancement and maintaining chart of authority (COA), PO & Non-PO Vendor Invoice Workflow design and development. Experience with ICC configuration, archive link configuration, training the validation client, handling issues with image capture and VIM issues in DP processing, Parked/ blocked invoice approval issues. Worked with the IDH Admin Tool and VIM Reporting. Experience with Approver workflow, role determination and exception handling. Strong experience in Central reporting tools for Aging, liability, productivity and exceptions. Scheduling batch jobs for data download from SAP ERP for ICC integration and ICC dispatcher. Have good knowledge of SAP Workflows, Accounts Payables, Procure to pay process and Material Management. Hands on experience in debugging custom ABAP. Strong experience in integration of Accounts Payable with SRM. Strong experience in End-User training and writing documentation for End-Users. SAP FICO Experience: Configuring basic structures within General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Integration of FI with MM/SD, Asset Accounting settings, basic structures within CO - Controlling Area and basic settings for Controlling Area. Understanding and mapping the business process and business flow for the purpose of designing and developing the strategy for smooth functioning in SAP and finalization of organization structure and mapping & configuring of to-be Business process. Carried on GAP Analysis & the blue print documentation. Creating Functional design, getting sign-off from business, resolving build team issues.
