I am responsible for managing, scaling and operationalising our UX function, integrating design and research process with peers in product, development and insight. It is my responsibility to integrate UX into Jisc\'s strategic vision and decision-making processes, ensuring that user experience is a primary consideration in the development of our digital solutions and services.
