I’m a UX research leader with over a decade of experience driving user-centered strategies across industries like e-commerce, fintech, consumer electronics, and SaaS. Currently, I serve as Lead UX Researcher at Amazon Fulfillment Technologies, where I’m working cross-functionally with various product teams to enhance usability and inclusivity across fulfillment center tools.Previously, as the Head of UX Consulting at Userlytics, I applied my passion and expertise in UX research and strategy to established research processes from the ground up and scaled a global team of researchers who conducted hundreds of studies a year. I also engaged in end-to-end research myself, from strategizing, scoping, and designing studies, to moderating and reporting.
