Hi, I’m Brandon Newman! I recently graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Robotics. This July, I’ll be joining Uber in Seattle as a Software Engineer I.At UMD, I was involved with Hack4Impact-UMD as both a Software Engineer and Director of Events, building web apps with React and Firebase and leading sponsor engagement. I also interned at EBM Software, where I worked on data-driven projects using Python, SQL, and Azure.I enjoy working on mission-driven tech, thrive in collaborative environments, and always look for opportunities to learn and grow.
