Bridgette N. Cofield, J.D, S.P.H.R- An accomplished human resources leader offering more than 20 years of legal, human resources and management experience, Bridgette Cofield possesses demonstrated success in building successful teams with a shared vision for attaining top-priority organizational goals. Coupled with her strong cross-industry expertise supporting a diverse, multi-billion-dollar corporate workforce of more than employees in multiple locations, Dr. Cofield is known for her transformational style of leadership by which she passionately led teams and strategically aligned partners to achieve outstanding organizational and talent engagement outcomes. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity and Inclusion at Carlow University as well as the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant of Cofield and Associates, LLC, Dr. Cofield has extensive expertise in providing customized human resources solutions for institutions, businesses and nonprofit organizations. As a specialist in the human resources field, Dr. Cofield earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute for the Society for Human Resources Management in 2002 and actively maintains the certification and human resources and strategic excellence standards. Dr. Cofield obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994 from the University of Memphis and her Juris Doctor degree in 1997 from the University of Memphis School of Law.
