Collaborated extensively with leadership, key stakeholders and client teams to understand the problem statement for a security product by CGI Inc. This in turn helped in establishment and refinement of the product vision, product requirement documents (PRDs), strategy, use cases and specs. With the aforementioned foundations, a cross functional team was put together, which I had to transform to a larger, yet interdependent agile team. Within this team\'s capacity, a backlog was created and managed with regular refinements over consecutive sprints to deliver an MVP for a customer\'s pilot to be qualified for intellectual property.
